Warby Parker is seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Lead to strengthen our HR tech landscape. You will be hands-on with Oracle HCM configuration, write SQL, and build reports and dashboards that empower the People team.

You will partner with module leads, managed services, HR, Payroll, and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions while guiding integrations, data loads, and quarterly releases. Strong SQL, OTBI/BI Publisher skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of HRIS or People Systems experience, including hands-on Oracle HCM configuration.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication across the organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly analytical problem solver who interprets complex data for actionable insights.

Mansioni

• Serve as a technical lead and functional expert for Oracle HCM across Core HR, Recruiting, Absence/Time, Performance, Learn, and Compensation.
• Lead the technical design and optimization of Oracle HCM integrations including data mapping, testing, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL data loads, and Fast Formulas for complex requirements.
• Write advanced SQL queries and build reporting solutions using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Troubleshoot complex system, data, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis and manage Oracle issues and enhancements through resolution.
• Lead Oracle HCM projects and system improvements, managing requirements, testing, dependencies, documentation, and deployment.
• Leverage AI tools to improve day-to-day People Systems work while evaluating Oracle AI solutions.
• Partner with module leads and stakeholders across People, Payroll, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate Oracle quarterly releases and assess business and system impact; support testing and deployment to minimize disruption.
