Edward Jones seeks a seasoned Human Capital lead for Oracle HCM to drive the strategy, optimization, and delivery of HR technology across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with Global Process Owners, Digital teams, and HC leaders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions.

You will guide roadmap execution, release management, and governance, ensuring HC priorities are reflected in the technology ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities, integrations, and release management.
• Familiarity with vendor governance and service delivery practices.

• Own and maintain the Oracle HCM roadmap and enhancement backlog.
• Serve as the primary Human Capital partner to Oracle Digital product teams.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of Oracle quarterly releases and assess impacts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement across the employee lifecycle.
• Prioritize enhancements based on business value, risk, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with HC leaders and Digital teams to align capabilities with future processes.
