Job summary

The Hackett Group in Chicago seeks a Technical Oracle HCM Consultant to join our team. This role combines HCM and ERP expertise and is responsible for leading technical development efforts, managing a technical team, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Oracle Cloud solutions.

You will lead development of RICEW objects, translate business requirements into technical design, organize design workshops, document data flows, explore new tools, and apply DevOps practices as needed.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of key HCM and ERP processes such as Payroll, Core HR, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Assets, Suppliers/Customers, Supply Chain, Item Master, BOM.
Familiarity with common integrations: Outbound AP Payments, Inbound AP Invoices, GL Journal, Suppliers, Customers.
Understanding of Oracle Cloud security: roles, data access, and creation of custom roles.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical development of RICEW objects and manage the technical development team.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Organize and facilitate technical design workshops.
Document RICEW objects, conversion and integration data flows, and design standards.
Research new tools and technologies to inform high-level design solutions.
Apply DevOps practices as needed.
