Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Lead HR Technology professional with deep Oracle Cloud HCM expertise to serve as the functional authority and design architect for Core HR and cross-module configurations. The role focuses on data governance, data integrity, and end-to-end employee lifecycle optimization across HR and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced Core HR mastery including lifecycle events (hire, transfer, termination, rehire) and security/approvals.
• Experience configuring and optimizing cross-module HR processes across Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Absence, Learn.
• Ability to lead data governance, data integrity, and reporting across HR and ERP systems.
• Strong governance, documentation, and partner collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Core HR functional leadership, ensuring configurations support downstream modules and data integrity.
• Design and configure solutions across Core HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, Help Desk, Performance, Learn, Benefits, Absence, and PTO/LOA.
• Support quarterly release reviews, analyze Oracle updates, and participate in regression testing.
• Partner with HR, IT, and Finance to align business needs with Oracle solutions and drive end-to-end process improvements.
• Maintain configuration documentation and ensure sustainable governance practices.
