Job summary

Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) is seeking an HR Analyst with Oracle HCM expertise to translate business needs into HRIS solutions and manage multiple HRIS projects. You will liaise with HR, IT, and vendors, drive improvements, and ensure data security while delivering insights for workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM OR MS/MA or higher and 3 years of HRIS experience with Oracle HCM.
• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
• Experience identifying business requirements, formulating solutions, defining and reviewing configurations, and testing with Oracle HCM.
• Experience in process modeling and design, organizational development, operational and business support, or related field.
• Experience with business intelligence reports, dashboards, and applications using Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience implementing modern technologies to replace aging legacy systems.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitation skills, and experience with change management.
• Experience preparing return-on-investment analyses.
• An understanding of policies, standards, management systems and procedures.
• Experience serving as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum software development and improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Translates business objectives into technical requirements.
• Manages multiple and simultaneous projects dealing with HRIS administration and modules.
• Communicates project updates to HR, IT, and Functional Management; identifies inter-relationships.
• Serves as a liaison with IT/HR/Payroll and third parties (benefit vendors).
• Uses project management skills to manage cross-functional HR capability projects.
• Facilitates meetings and drives group consensus, in person and remotely.
• Identifies process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy changes.
• Maintains system security for HR users and confidential data.
• Transforms data and analysis into insights to inform People strategy.
• Elicits, evaluates, and specifies requirements to improve HR processes and workflows.
