Job summary

Deloitte France is recruiting a Senior Manager for its Government & Public Services team in the United States. Lead end-to-end IT/ERP projects, including Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, while guiding multi-vendor teams and managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

You will drive change management, ensure design traceability, and deliver high-quality results across modules, with up to 50% travel and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations in a multi-vendor environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients served.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented and executed across teams.
• Direct PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, serving as primary client-facing contact.
