Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager in the Government & Public Services practice to lead IT/ERP projects, including Oracle HCM Cloud implementations for government clients. You will own end-to-end delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

You will manage budgets, governance, change management, and client relations, while ensuring successful delivery and deployment readiness. This role requires travel up to 50% and a bachelor's degree with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
• 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud (or comparable HCM/ERP) implementations.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on work and clients served.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including integrated plan and schedule.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities across modules (planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment).
• Ensure requirements traceability and alignment of key design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations, including governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery.
• Oversee change management and training to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project financials and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and serving as primary client-facing contact.
