Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project delivery within our GPS practice in the United States. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage the PMO, ensuring on-time, on-budget deployments for government and public sector clients.

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, stakeholder management, and a track record of successful multi-vendor implementations are essential. Travel and public trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations in a multi-vendor environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on work and client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end project delivery, including the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
• Leading full implementation lifecycle activities for assigned modules, including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Ensuring requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed consistently across teams.
• Directing PMO operations, including governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinating prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies.
• Overseeing organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Managing project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact.
