Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project delivery in the Government & Public Services space. You will own end-to-end programs, manage multi-vendor teams, and drive HR/ERP cloud implementations with strong focus on budget, schedule, and stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 7+ years in IT/ERP project management, including Oracle HCM Cloud experiences, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Public Trust clearance is needed for appointment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/ERP project management experience, including 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years of experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors for mid-to-large implementations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated project plan across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and aligned design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery.
• Oversee organizational change management and user adoption activities.
• Manage project financials, contracts, staffing, budget tracking, invoicing, and client communication.
