Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project management across Oracle HCM Cloud deployments for federal/state clients. You will own delivery, manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while serving as the primary client-facing contact.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive change management, ensure governance and risk processes, and travel up to 50% as required in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
• 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plans.
• Lead full lifecycle activities: design, configuration, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Ensure traceability and design decisions across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance, risk, reporting, quality.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams.
• Oversee change management and user adoption readiness.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and staffing; client-facing lead.
