Job summary

Deloitte is recruiting for a Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project management initiatives in a Government & Public Services context. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage multi-vendor teams, and drive change management for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of IT/ERP PM experience, strong budget and client-facing capabilities, and the ability to travel up to 50% for diverse government projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience
• 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
• Experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with the integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities including planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
• Ensure requirements traceability and key design decisions are documented and aligned across teams
• Direct PMO operations, governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, and quality control
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery and resolve cross-team dependencies
• Oversee organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as primary client-facing contact
