Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT/ERP project management experience.
• 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 50% on average.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated schedules across workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle: planning, design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment.
• Ensure requirements traceability and documented design decisions.
• Direct PMO operations, governance, risk/issue management, and quality control.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery.
• Oversee change management and training for user adoption and readiness.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing; primary client contact.
