Job summary

Deloitte's Government & Public Services GPS practice seeks a Senior Manager to own end-to-end IT/ERP project delivery, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and multi-vendor coordination for complex HR programs.

You will lead budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships, travel up to 50%, and drive change management and successful deployment readiness across federal, state, and local government clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management, incl. 3+ full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ year experience managing budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractors in multi-vendor environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required Public Trust clearance for this role.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plan across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and design decisions documented and aligned across teams.
• Direct PMO operations: governance forums, status reporting, risk management, quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams to promote integrated delivery.
• Oversee organizational change management and training activities to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project financials, contracts, and staffing, including budget tracking, invoicing, and resource forecasting, while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact.
