Job summary

Deloitte France invites applications for a Senior Manager role within our Human Capital team, focusing on IT/ERP project management and Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. You will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, manage PMO, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining client relationships.

The position requires 7+ years in IT/ERP PM, budget/schedule oversight, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Up to 50% travel and a base salary range are disclosed below.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/ERP project management experience, incl. 3+ full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• 1+ years of budget, schedule, scope, and subcontractor management for mid-to-large implementations in multi-vendor settings.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 50% on average based on client/work.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated project plan and schedule across technical and functional workstreams.
• Lead full implementation lifecycle activities: planning, design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment readiness.
• Ensure requirements traceability and design decisions are documented, aligned, and executed.
• Direct PMO operations: governance forums, status reporting, risk/issue management, quality control for Deloitte-owned deliverables.
• Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery and cross-team dependencies.
• Oversee change management and training to support user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Manage project finances, contracts, staffing, budget tracking, invoicing, and client-facing liaison.
