Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Manager to lead IT/ERP project initiatives for government and public sector clients in the United States. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage multi-vendor teams, and ensure successful design, configuration, data migration, and deployment across modules.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end project delivery with integrated plans across technical and functional workstreams.
Lead full implementation lifecycle activities including design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Ensure requirements traceability and documented design decisions across teams.
Direct PMO operations, governance forums, risk/issue management, and quality control.
Coordinate prime, subcontractor, and multi-vendor teams for integrated delivery.
Oversee change management and training to support user adoption and readiness.
Manage project financials, contracts, staffing, and client-facing communications.
