Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4-6 years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.
• Configure, test, deploy and provide post-production support.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and vendors on project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and organizational benefits regulations.
