Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and eligibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional work for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, configure, test, and deploy.
• Provide guidance on HCM best practices and roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and configs.
• Drive process automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain benefit plans, eligibility profiles, and enrollment processes.
