Job summary

EY is seeking a qualified Oracle HCM Consultant to serve as the primary functional lead for Fusion HCM and Benefits modules across client engagements. You will gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test, deploy, and provide post-production support while driving automation and process improvements.

You’ll collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and external vendors, deliver strategic guidance on best practices, and manage quarterly Oracle releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4-6 years of Oracle HCM experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and enrollment rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and system configurations.
• Drive automation and process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and vendors.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports and dashboards.
