Job summary

EY's Oracle Services practice is a national consulting group helping clients plan, pursue, deliver, and manage large Oracle HCM initiatives. You will be the functional lead for Fusion HCM and Benefits, guiding design, configuration, testing, and post‑production support.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into specs, manage projects with cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
Typically 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience.
Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations.
Strong benefits administration knowledge.
Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%+ as required by client.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.
Configure and test HCM modules; support deployment and post‑production activities.
Provide strategic guidance on HCM best practices and future roadmaps.
Translate business requirements into functional specs and configurations.
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
Monitor data quality and governance across HCM platforms.
