Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice invites an Oracle HCM consultant to shape and deliver large, complex HCM initiatives. You will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and post‑production support for Fusion HCM and Benefits, while guiding stakeholders and aligning with best practices.

A strong focus on governance, data integrity, and collaboration drives successful outcomes. You will partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to implement core HCM functionality, drive optimizations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years in Oracle HCM support.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and eligibility rules.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+ as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop roadmaps and advise on future-state Oracle HCM best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance.
