Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice is a national consulting practice helping clients plan, pursue, deliver, and manage large Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives. The Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead provides functional leadership across Core HR, Benefits, Life Events, and related processes, partnering with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits.
• Partner with HR, IT, vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Oversee Open Enrollment planning, testing, and post-enrollment audits.
• Configure Core HR, Benefits, Life Events, and related HCM processes.
• Manage system updates, quarterly Oracle releases, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain HCM reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across HCM platforms.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance
