Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to lead ERP/HCM configurations and deliver end-to-end implementation support for Fusion HCM and Benefits. You will guide functional design, testing, and deployment while partnering with HR, IT, and client teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes strategic guidance on HCM best practices, data governance, and performance improvements across projects in a national EY Oracle Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM solutions and Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Support Open Enrollment planning, testing, execution, and post-enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators for data accuracy.
• Lead configuration and support for Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, and related HCM functionality.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
