Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Senior Consultant to join its Oracle Services practice. You will lead Fusion HCM and Benefits configurations, gather requirements, design solutions, and drive deployment and post-production support.

You will provide strategic guidance on best practices, manage stakeholders, and coordinate across HR, IT, Payroll and Finance teams while traveling up to 50% as required by clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of experience with Oracle HCM and Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and third-party administrators to ensure accurate eligibility data.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors.
