Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead to design, configure, implement, optimize and support Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions. This role acts as the functional SME for Core HR, Benefits Administration, Life Events, Open Enrollment, and related HCM processes, partnering with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration, enrollment processing and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate into functional specs and configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, rates, eligibility profiles, life events and enrollment processes.
• Support annual Open Enrollment planning, testing, execution and post-enrollment audits.
• Collaborate with providers and vendors to ensure accurate eligibility data.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and governance standards.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance.
