Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM specialist to lead Fusion HCM and Benefits configurations across large-scale programs. You will manage requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support while aligning with regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes delivering best practices in benefits administration, enrollment processing, and data governance, with opportunities to influence future-state HR transformations and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4-6 years of experience with Oracle HCM and Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, testing cycles and user training.
