Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to join our Oracle Services practice. You will lead Fusion HCM and Benefits configuration, gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test, deploy, and provide post-production support across client engagements.

You’ll guide best practices, manage roadmaps, collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and external vendors, and drive automation and data governance. Travel up to 50%+ may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future‑state roadmap initiatives.
• Configure and maintain benefit plans, programs, rates, eligibility profiles, life events, and enrollment processes.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Develop and maintain HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Support compliance audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
