Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join EY's Oracle Services practice in the United States. You will guide full lifecycle projects from requirements through deployment, leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits modules.

You will lead configuration, testing, and post-production support, develop reports, and work with cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Payroll and Finance. EY offers a hybrid work model, strong career development and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and roadmap initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Core HR, Benefits, and related HCM modules.
• Collaborate with benefits providers and external vendors to ensure accurate eligibility and enrollment data.
• Manage quarterly releases, testing, and regression activities.
• Develop HCM and Benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
