Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join its Oracle Services practice. You will lead HCM implementations, configure Benefits and Core HR modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Provide strategic guidance on Oracle HCM best practices and future-state roadmap initiatives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts and identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, testing cycles, and user training.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
