Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle HCM & Benefits Lead to design, configure, and support Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions. You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant systems that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires 4–6 years of Oracle HCM experience, strong requirements gathering and project leadership, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM solutions and Oracle Fusion Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, enrollment processing, and eligibility rules.
• Experience with Oracle quarterly releases, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%+ and/or as required by client.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM and Benefits solutions.
• Serve as the functional lead for Core HR, Benefits Administration, Life Events, Open Enrollment, and related HCM processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
