Motorola Solutions is seeking an IT Leader to drive Oracle Fusion CX Cloud across its global Sales organization from the Chicago office. You will define the technical and functional roadmap and mentor teams for large-scale CX implementations to enable lead-to-cash processes and revenue growth.

This role requires deep Oracle SaaS expertise, strong stakeholder management, and an ability to align IT strategy with business outcomes in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in Oracle technologies, consulting, or IT management.
• 4+ years of hands-on leadership within Oracle SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record leading full-lifecycle IT solution implementations.
• Functional knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes.
• Excellent communication with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage change.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion CX Cloud strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Design scalable, integrated CX solutions using OIC across systems.
• Oversee CX implementation programs and manage timelines and budgets.
