Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to support our global Finance organization in Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud. You will partner with Finance leaders and IT to standardize processes, drive transformation, and deliver scalable digital solutions.

The role combines functional expertise with technical delivery in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include requirements engineering, process optimization, cross-functional leadership, system diagnostics, and agile project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.
• 4+ years of strong functional experience in supply chain‑heavy financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear, functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses of finance workflows to minimize customizations and advocate for standardization.
• Lead internal users and external vendors/partners to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with best practices.
• Investigate and debug system behaviors, explain root causes to non-technical stakeholders, and deliver resolutions.
• Work in a fast-paced Agile environment across multiple projects and enhancements.
