Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business System Analyst for Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance to join our Enterprise Core Technology team. You will partner with Finance leaders and IT to transform core financial processes, implement scalable digital solutions, and translate complex business needs into robust, configurable technology solutions.

In this role you will blend functional and technical work (80/20), lead cross-functional initiatives, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years hands-on Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud in finance (Q2C & P2P).
• 4+ years in supply chain–heavy financial accounting (revenue recog, billing, invoicing, intercompany).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and translate business requirements into functional specs and design docs.
• Perform fit/gap analyses and advocate for standardization over customization.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor partners to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Diagnose system issues, explain root causes to non-technical stakeholders, implement fixes.
• Operate in an Agile environment with multiple projects and ongoing enhancements.
