Qualifications
- 8+ years of business systems analysis and IT consulting experience.
- 4+ years hands-on Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud in finance (Q2C/P2P).
- 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and data structures.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows and standardize processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Diagnose system issues and communicate root causes to stakeholders.
- Operate in an Agile environment with multiple projects and enhancements.
