Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on Oracle CPQ configurations and requirements gathering.

You will analyze product requirements, define scope, draft functional specs, validate configurations with QA, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to streamline orderability.

Experience with Oracle ERP/CPQ, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a requirements role.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP/CPQ and configuration rules.
• Bachelor’s degree as stated above.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate them into detailed CPQ configurations.
• Define scope and write functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Design test scenarios and validate changes in QA.
• Assist with data analysis and process modeling.
