Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Florida is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Oracle CPQ to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, define scope, and translate them into detailed technical specs for Oracle CPQ, working with product owners, sales, engineering, and supply chain.

You will ensure configurations are orderable, reduce BOM complexity, design test plans, and support Agile ERP/CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years of strong experience in a Business Analyst role gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and related Oracle ecosystem is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical execution teams by gathering, analyzing, and transforming complex product requirements into robust configuration solutions within Oracle CPQ.
• Define product scope and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts to verify Bills of Materials, configuration rules, and changes.
