Job summary

Motorola Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle CPQ configurations. You will gather requirements, translate them into detailed technical specs, and work with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to streamline the CPQ process.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a BA role for Oracle CPQ or related Oracle ERP modules, with strong SQL/PL-SQL and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of strong BA experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience translating business needs into detailed technical specs.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM implementations in Oracle ecosystem preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify product configurations in Oracle CPQ are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs, rule logic, and offering structures in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and translate requirements.
• Design test plans and scripts for BOMs and configuration rule changes.
• Work in an Agile environment to collect requirements and deliver ERP/CRM solutions.
