Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) in the United States to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate product requirements into robust CPQ configurations while leveraging AI tools to streamline documentation and test case generation.

The role require collaboration across Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate configuration rules, BOM simplifications, and smooth orderability within

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years as a Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
Experience with Oracle ERP/CPQ ecosystems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into detailed Oracle CPQ specifications.
Leverage AI tools to draft requirements and generate test scripts.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate configurations.
