Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams. You will gather and analyze complex product requirements, translate them into robust Oracle CPQ configurations, and collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams.

Minimum 1–3 years in a BA role, experience with Oracle CPQ, and ability to draft detailed technical specifications are required. This on-site role offers competitive benefits and travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of strong experience in a Business Analyst role gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Proven experience creating business process models and using them to clearly describe functional business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical execution teams.
• Gather, analyze, and transform complex product requirements into robust configuration solutions within Oracle CPQ.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define product scope and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts to verify Bills of Materials and configuration rule changes.
• Collaborate with factory and supply chain teams to verify configuration rules for smooth Sales Orders processing.
