Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge stakeholders and technical teams for Oracle CPQ configurations. You’ll gather requirements, define scope, and draft functional specs while collaborating with Product Owners, Sales, and Engineering.

The role focuses on simplifying configuration rules, validating BOMs, and ensuring anOrderable experience within ERP/CRM implementations. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of BA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of strong experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specifications.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and ERP/CRM integrations is a plus.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specs and validate configurations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams to define product scope.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts to verify BOMs and configuration rules.
• Work in an Agile environment to ensure ERP/CRM implementations meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth Sales Order processes.
