Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Analyst for Oracle CPQ to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, define scope, and translate them into detailed technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.

Collaborating with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you will validate configurations, support orderability, and draft test scripts. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years BA experience are required; base salary range is $72,000–$80,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Gathers requirements and defines scope for CPQ implementations.
• Translates business needs into functional specs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and ERP systems is preferred.
