Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Analyst specializing in Oracle CPQ to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex product requirements into robust configuration solutions within Oracle CPQ. You will help streamline requirement drafting and testing, supporting faster quoting and order configuration.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to define scope, ensure orderability, and drive ERP/CRM implementations in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role gathering requirements.
• Experience creating functional specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with writing requirements, process modeling, or generating test scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to define product scope.
• Gather, analyze, and transform product requirements into configuration solutions within Oracle CPQ.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope and translate requirements into specs.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts for BOMs and configuration changes.
• Work in an Agile ERP/CRM implementation environment.
• Support orderability UX and ensure smooth Sales Order processes.
