Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams in configuring Oracle CPQ. You will gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into detailed specifications for CPQ implementations.

You’ll partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to streamline processes and ensure high-quality configurations. Experience with Oracle CPQ, SQL/PLSQL, and scripting languages is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in a BA role.
