Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and convert complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations, with hands-on AI tooling to draft requirements and streamline testing.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to simplify BOMs, verify rules, and drive orderability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and ERP systems preferred.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to draft documentation and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations are accurate, orderable, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Work with factory and supply chain to validate rules and enable smooth order flow.
• Design test plans and scripts for BOMs and configuration changes.
• Partner with developers to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
• Balance competing priorities to optimize product configurations and catalog structure.
