Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather and transform complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations while leveraging AI tools to draft requirements, test cases, and optimize workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure orderability and efficient configuration rules.

Formación

• Programming & querying knowledge (SQL/PLSQL) preferred.
• Oracle CPQ administration and Oracle ERP/BOM understanding preferred.
• Experience with AI tools (Google Gemini, ChatGPT) for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Domain knowledge in Telecommunications preferred.
• Adaptability and ability to mentor others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on AI tool proficiency for writing requirements and process modeling.
• Strong BOM knowledge and rule-based configuration understanding.
• Process modeling experience to describe functional requirements.
• Analytical and interpersonal skills; effective communication across teams.
• Familiarity with Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and manage requirements; translate business needs into technical specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools (Google Gemini) to accelerate documentation and test script generation.
• Ensure Oracle CPQ configurations are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs, rules, and offering structures with Product Management and Engineering.
• Drive SKU reductions and catalog simplification activities.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and validate developments.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to verify configuration rules and smooth order fulfillment.
• Design test plans, scenarios, and scripts to verify BOMs and configuration changes.
• Work effectively in an Agile team to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
