Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will transform complex product requirements into robust CPQ configurations while applying AI to draft requirements, test cases, and process models.

You will work with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless configuration, BOM simplification, and accurate orderability in CPQ. This role emphasizes agile delivery and ERP/CRM implementations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/PLSQL or scripting (Python, Apps Script).
• Hands-on AI tool experience (Google Gemini) for requirements drafting and test scripts.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP/CPQ configurations, BOMs, and rule-based configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Oracle CPQ configurations.
• Leverage AI tools to draft requirements and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free and orderable in CPQ.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain on rule and BOM simplifications.
• Coordinate with Factory and Supply Chain to validate configuration rules and order flow.
