Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into CPQ configurations, and leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, testing, and process modeling.

You will work across Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure orders flow smoothly, while driving Agile execution and ERP/CRM implementations in a dynamic U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Business Analyst gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for writing requirements and test scripts.
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Applications (Oracle CPQ Admin features, EBS, PLM) is preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills.
• Familiarity with Agile vs Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements to define product scope for Oracle CPQ.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
• Leverage AI tools to draft processes, analyze data, and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations are defect-free and orderable in CPQ.
• Simplify BOMs and rule logic to reduce ordering complexity.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering during development and testing.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to validate configuration rules.
• Design test plans and scripts for BOMs and configuration changes.
• Work effectively in an Agile team to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
