Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations, leveraging AI tools to draft requirements, generate test cases, and optimize workflows.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure orderability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Hands-on AI tools usage (Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL or scripting languages and Oracle CPQ admin features.
• Understanding BOMs and Oracle ERP, rule-based configuration models.
• Experience with Agile vs. Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and translate product requirements into Oracle CPQ configurations.
• Partner with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Factory teams.
• Develop and execute test scenarios and validation plans.
• Champion AI-driven productivity in documentation and workflow optimization.
• Ensure configurations in CPQ are accurate, defect-free, and orderable.
