Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will transform complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations while leveraging AI tools to streamline drafting, testing, and process modeling.

The role partners with Product Owners, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate configurations, BOM simplification, and smooth order processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, CS.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst gathering requirements, defining scope, and creating functional specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ and Oracle ERP platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) for drafting requirements and testing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements; translate business needs into technical specs for Oracle CPQ.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, process modeling, data analysis, and test scripts.
• Ensure configurations in Oracle CPQ are accurate, orderable, and adhere to standards.
• Contribute to BOM simplification and catalog optimization with Product Management and Engineering.
• Collaborate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth order processing.
• Design test plans and validate configuration changes in an Agile ERP/CRM environment.
