Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Analyst (Oracle CPQ) to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather, analyze, and transform complex product requirements into robust Oracle CPQ configurations, and apply modern AI tools to streamline requirement drafting, test-case generation, and process modeling.

Preferred candidates bring hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ, SQL/PLSQL or scripting, and a background in Telecom domain.

Qualifications

• Strong requirements gathering and specification-writing skills.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ or Oracle ERP configurations.
• AI-enabled requirement drafting and test-script generation experience.
• Familiarity with Bills of Materials (BOM) and rule-based configuration models.
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL or scripting languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements with cross-functional stakeholders to define product scope for Oracle CPQ.
• Leverage AI tools to draft processes, analyze data, and generate test scenarios.
• Ensure configurations in Oracle CPQ are defect-free and orderable.
• Simplify BOMs, rule logic, and offering structures in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.
• Drive SKU reduction, product cancellation analysis, and catalog simplification.
• Collaborate with developers to clarify requirements and validate post-development.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to ensure smooth Sales Orders processing.
• Design test plans and scripts for BOMs and configuration changes.
• Participate in Agile team activities to deliver ERP/CRM implementations.
