The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owner, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate configuration rules and smooth orderability, with a focus on Agile ERP/CRM implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into CPQ specifications.
• Hands-on AI tool usage for drafting requirements and test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ and ERP/CRM integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 1–3 years in a Business Analyst role.

Responsibilities

• Gather and manage requirements with cross-functional teams for Oracle CPQ.
• Ensure configurations are orderable and meet standards.
• Simplify BOMs, rule logic, and product structures.
• Collaborate with development and QA for validation and testing.
• Coordinate with factory and supply chain to verify rules.
• Create test plans and scripts; work in Agile sprints.
